Our return policy makes it simple to return or exchange your jersey. Wrong size or change of heart? You can return any unworn jersey within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No fine print, no gotchas.
How Returns Work
Three simple steps to send a jersey back and get your refund, as set out in our return policy.
1. Contact Us
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship It Back
We will send return instructions. Repack the jersey with all original tags and ship it back using a tracked service.
3. Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What You Can Return
- Unworn jerseys with all original tags attached
- Jerseys without name and number prints (custom prints are non-refundable)
- Items in their original packaging
- Orders delivered within the last 30 days

- Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom name and number prints (made-to-order)
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Orders delivered more than 30 days ago
Wrong or Damaged Item
If we sent the wrong jersey or it arrived damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resend or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
To exchange a jersey for a different size or color, email us first so we can hold the new size for you. Once we receive the original return, we ship the replacement.

How long do I have to return a jersey?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. It then takes another 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Can I return a custom-printed jersey?
Custom prints (name and number on the back) are made to order and cannot be returned unless we made a mistake on the print. If your custom jersey is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Who pays the return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size), the buyer covers the return shipping. For our errors (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival), we cover return costs and arrange replacement at no charge.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the size or color you want, and we will hold it for you. Once we receive your original return, we ship the replacement.
