Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most US and Canada orders ship without import duties. Buyers in the UK and EU may face VAT or import duty on orders above local thresholds (£135 / €150). For Asia, Oceania and Africa, customs typically applies to orders above $200. We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means any local duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility on arrival.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund as needed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. SideJersey ships worldwide from our US base. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and most countries globally. Delivery times vary by destination.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of placing the order. You can also track an existing order at our order tracking page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. Other regions are charged a flat international rate at checkout.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Email [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a refund or replacement.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Customers in the UK and EU may face VAT or duty on orders above local thresholds. Buyers in Asia, Oceania and Africa may be charged on orders above $200. US and Canada buyers usually pay no extra duty. Any local fees are the buyer’s responsibility on delivery.
