Ordering & Payment
How can I place an order?
Easy! Just browse to the jersey you love, pick your size, and head to checkout — the whole thing takes less than two minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve got you covered — credit and debit cards, PayPal, and a few other secure options you’ll see at checkout. Pay however feels right.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but we move fast! Drop us a message within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll sort it out for you.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! Shipping is on us for Europe and the USA. If you’re somewhere else, there may be a small fee — but we’ll always show you the full cost before checkout, no surprises.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on where you are. We know waiting on a new kit is tough — we’ll get it to you as fast as we can.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your jersey ships, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not just yet — we currently offer standard shipping only. Express is on our wishlist, so keep an eye out!
Products & Sizing
Are your jerseys authentic?
We carry both high-quality replicas and authentic official jerseys. Each product page tells you exactly which one you’re looking at, so there are no surprises.
How do I choose the right size?
Check out the size chart on each product page — it’ll help you nail the perfect fit. Still unsure? Drop us a line and we’ll happily help you pick.
Can I customize my jersey with a name and number?
Absolutely! Most of our jerseys let you add a name and number — just pick the customization option before checkout and make it yours.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the jersey is unworn and still in its original packaging. Not in love with it? No worries — we’ve got you.
Can I exchange my jersey for a different size?
Of course! You can swap sizes within 30 days of delivery. Heads-up — return shipping is on the buyer’s end, but the exchange itself is easy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re really sorry that happened. Send us a quick message with photos and we’ll make it right as fast as we can.
